Sound Healing & Restorative Yoga

THIS IS A PRE-RETREAT WORKSHOP ONLY BEING OFFERED TO NORTHEAST REIKI RETREAT REGISTRANTS. THIS IS NOT FOR GENERAL PUBLIC.

We will use blankets, bolsters, and pillows to comfortably support your body in various restful yoga postures (asana). Each asana will be held for a minimum of ten minutes to release muscular tension, flush out toxins, and allow the body’s natural relaxation response to melt the stress away.

As you relax, we will bless the space with the sounds of drums, singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to allow you to go even deeper and aid in the body’s natural recovery processes.

This workshop will provide you with a beautiful start to a weekend full of healing energy.
